Opti-Flow is One Solution for Many Industries

No matter the industry, the challenge is the same: when a pump is running, operators need to know whether flow is actually happening. If flow is lost, damage can occur in minutes.

Mounted on the valve arm, Opti-Flow® communicates flow using the same technology as Opti-Float®.

Rather than estimating flow through pressure or fragile mechanical switches, Opti-Flow® monitors the physical movement of the check valve arm. As the arm rises, Opti-Flow® activates and confirms positive flow to the control panel. If the arm doesn’t move, the system knows immediately and can shut the pump down before damage occurs.

Built for More Than One Application

While commonly used for pump protection, Opti-Flow® motion-based optical design allows it to be applied far beyond a single use case. Anywhere a limit switch is used, there is a better, indestructible alternative.

How our clients use Opti-Flow®:

  • Confirm pump operation across water, wastewater, and chemical systems

  • Automation for clarifying sweeps in wastewater basins

  • Operate safely in hazardous or explosive environments

Because it relies on light and motion, Opti-Flow® integrates easily into systems where traditional switches struggle or fail.

Every industry depends on pumps. Opti-Flow® offers a solution that adapts across industries, environments, and applications—providing consistent indication without adding complexity.
